Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa, JCB, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling

UK Deliveries

A flat rate will be charged for all deliveries within the UK up to a weight of 30kg. Any orders over this weight will be split into multiples of as close to 30kg as possible to ensure you pay the least possible. During the order processing you will be told exactly how much postage you will be charged and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Worldwide Deliveries

All other deliveries will be charged at Royal Mail's standard delivery rates. During the order processing you will be told exactly how much postage you will be charged and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

If you live outside of the UK, Europe or the USA, please contact us BEFORE ordering and we will arrange delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send out your order to you within three business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will not take your order. However if you would like to contact us we will offer you some alternatives that may be suitable. We sometimes have items that are not present on our web site. Please e-mail us with your enquiry at sales@amaca.co.uk

Tax Charges

We are not a VAT registered company. This means that we have already paid any tax due on goods and are unable to offer a tax free price.

Credit Card Security

All payment is handled by WorldPay, the well known and trusted payment service. We are never given any sight of your credit card details or store them anywhere on our premises or web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee provided they are returned to us in the condition we sent them out. However, we would will require you to cover the return postage.
